So, for the last couple years I've been getting into stamping. I've always thought stamps were tacky. I have liked scrapbooking for years but haven't done anything for 3 years. A friend of mine is a Stampin' Up Demonstrator and introduced me to the company. I've really enjoyed making paper crafts and cards. Once we get settled in our new home my next project will be to catch up on 3 years of scrapbooking.
The reason I've begun this blog is to have a place to show paper crafts I've made. Some of the projects I show here are my own design and others are inspired by papercraft blogs I follow or projects I've learned to make through my neighborhood's stamp club.
I named this blog, Finding My Stamp, because I am still finding my own style. We move a lot because we are apart of the military. With each move I learn, or find, something new about myself. Sometimes it makes you feel a little schizo but mostly it's nice that you can change your image each time you move. No one knows you and you can be whoever you want, you have a clean slate.
I'm not a stampin' up demonstrater and I don't sell anything. I just hate making something cute and have no one to show but my husband:)
